Female Soldiers, Airmen serve in leadership positions across the Idaho National Guard
1). 1st Sgt. Lisa Carlin serves in the Idaho Army National Guard's 1-183rd Assault Helicopter Battalion.
2). Chief Master Sgt. Kelly Bongiovi is the Idaho Air National Guard's state command chief. She is the first female and the second Bongiovi to hold the position. Her husband, Hal, previously served as the Idaho Air National Guard's senior enlisted leader as well.
3). Sgt. Kaylee Bloxham serves in the Idaho Army National Guard as a 12B combat engineer and is a Bradley Fighting Vehicle commander. She was the state's first female Soldier to earn the 12B MOS. She is in A Company, 116th Brigade Engineer Battalion.
4). Sgt. 1st Class Jessica Rice serves in the Idaho Army National Guard as the 116th Cavalry Brigade Combat Team's Supply-Support Activity accountable officer and as a platoon sergeant for A Company, 145th Brigade Support Battalion.
5). Staff Sgt. Antonia Lemos serves in the Idaho Army National Guard as a 68W combat medic for HHC, 2-116th Combined Arms Battalion. In 2015, she was the first female Soldier to organically be assigned to the battalion.
